Job summary

Edgenta FIRST Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Operations Lead to manage Cleansing, Healthcare Waste, Linen & Laundry and 3R programs under the Concession Agreement and SOPs.

You will drive continuous improvement with LEAN, adopt new technology, ensure HSSE compliance, and coordinate with MoH and other authorities to maintain accreditation.

The role requires 4–6 years in hygiene and sanitising; Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma; CePSWAM; strong vendor and cost management.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma required.
• Specialised in: Housekeeping/Cleansing Services/Waste Management or related field.
• Total work experience: 4–6 years in Hygiene and Sanitising.
• CePSWAM certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen & Laundry and 3R programs to meet service delivery expectations.
• Execute continuous improvement by LEAN, technology and innovation for service efficiency.
• Ensure HSSE compliance with Acts and Regulations to meet targets.
• Plan cost management including budget, CapEx, variations and LEAN savings.
• Evaluate vendor performance for manpower, cleansing, supplies and waste disposal.
• Ensure staff competency and qualifications meet agreed standards.
• Analyze reports from ASIS, E-Clips and eSWIS to improve service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with MoH, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in MSQH and EKSA quality improvement programs.
