Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Health, Safety and Environment Trainer role based in Malaysia. The trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating HSE training sessions, workshops, and briefings for clients and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, updating content to reflect current legislation and best practices, and conducting assessments to measure learning outcomes. The role involves engaging participants through clear communication, practical demonstrations, and case studies, as well as providing guidance on health promotion, occupational health, and safe work practices. The trainer will also support client consultations, contribute to training reports, and collaborate with the wider team to enhance program quality and consistency.

Qualifications
