Description

• Lead and deliver national sales performance across all offline sales channels, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive distribution growth, market penetration, and sustainable business expansion nationwide.


• Manage key retail partnerships, including department stores, wholesale accounts, and retail operators, to maximize sales opportunities and brand presence.


• Oversee retail store performance across owned stores, concessions, and points of sale, ensuring commercial excellence and operational effectiveness.


• Drive brand activation and promotional initiatives by collaborating closely with Marketing and Merchandising teams on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal programs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, retail partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business continuity and growth.


• Lead sales analysis, forecasting, and KPI management, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to improve productivity and profitability.


• Manage and develop sales teams, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and alignment to business objectives across multiple locations.

Profile

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Retail Manager, General Manager, or equivalent commercial leadership role within a retail environment.


• Strong understanding of both concession and standalone retail models, with experience managing department store channels highly preferred.


• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multi-site retail operations, including sales planning, target achievement, and business expansion.


• Strong people leadership capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and developing teams across multiple locations.


• Highly agile and commercially driven, capable of balancing strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced retail environment.


• Experience within fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, jewellery, beauty, or other consumer retail sectors is preferred. Exposure to female-focused retail categories and Mandarin language capability would be advantageous.
