Job summary

Sephora SEA in Kuala Lumpur leads the end-to-end people and education agenda for the market, translating business strategy into a forward-looking people strategy that enables growth and inclusivity. You will own HR operations, workforce planning, performance, rewards, learning and education.

You will partner with Regional HR, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, high-impact people initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, SGMY, you will build leadership capability and a robust talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.
• Experience leading a broad market HR agenda in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year people and organisation strategy for SGMY, aligned with market priorities.
• Advise the General Manager and leadership team on organisation design, leadership capability, operating model and workforce choices.
• Use people insights to identify opportunities, prioritise investment and measure business impact.
• Sponsor complex transformation, growth and change programmes with governance and adoption.
• Lead HR and Education leadership teams with clear accountabilities and succession plans.
• Oversee rewards policy, salary decisions and benefits with robust market data and governance.
• Partner with Regional HR, Finance, Legal and business teams to ensure local execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline

Postgraduate qualification advantageous
