Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead regional and global marketing initiatives. You will oversee social media, offline marketing, retention, SEO, and promotional campaigns, driving growth across existing clients and new channels.

You will plan and measure tests, develop strategic plans, and set quarterly KPIs and OKRs. A strong background in marketing technology and analytics is essential to optimize spend and ROI across markets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or technology.
• Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of marketing technology.
• Experience in using analytics tools used in digital marketing.
• Strong project management and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional, global and production team covering social media, offline marketing, retention, SEO, and promotion

Job description

• Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
• Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new channels
• Identify short-term and long-term planning, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, ROI projections and spending
