Landmark Group is seeking an experienced IT Operations Leader to manage IT support across retail locations, warehouses, and corporate offices. You will ensure high availability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, retail systems, store technology, and end-user services, while driving operational excellence.

You will lead incident resolution, manage vendors, and coordinate with the central Digital team for L3 support, upgrades, and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT support and operations
• 5+ years in a leadership role within retail or multi-site operations
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Responsabilités

• Own incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
• Lead major incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Manage support for Dynamics 365 ERP and related retail applications.
• Coordinate with central Digital team and vendors for L3 support, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Oversee Store technology support including POS, networks, and store infra.
