Job summary

ADE is seeking a strategic leader to drive digital transformation across its MRO and ICT landscape. You will set a multi-year technology roadmap, align with enterprise goals, and lead cross-functional teams to modernize operations and enhance data visibility.

You will champion AI, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance (EASA Part-IS) and robust information security while delivering measurable efficiency gains and new digital revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology and digital transformation
• 5+ years in strategic senior leadership
• Aviation/MRO experience with AMOS familiarity
• Expertise in AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, IoT, Cloud and Enterprise Data Architectures
• Governance experience in ITGC, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (EASA Part-IS)
• Executive communication and stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Digital and Innovation Services Department
• Manage departmental OPEX/CAPEX budgets and assets
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation across all departments and AOCs
• Formulate and monitor short- and long-term tech strategy and go-to-market plans
• Build external partnerships to accelerate time-to-market for new software
• Instill customer-centric delivery mindset across digital teams
• Establish KPIs/SLAs for high-quality, cost-effective delivery
