This role will lead global operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), driving stability, performance, and continuous improvement across our digital and commerce ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead global operations for key digital platforms, including AEM, Adobe Commerce / Magento, and commercetools


• Ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence across all environments


• Own incident management, platform reliability, and continuous improvement practices


• Lead a follow-the-sun operating model across India, Malaysia, Ireland, and the US


• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and external partners


• Oversee vendor performance and service delivery against agreed SLAs


• Drive cost efficiency, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability
