Job summary

Prudential plc in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for an Executive, Contact Centre. The role focuses on delivering high quality telephone service to agents and policyholders, ensuring timely, accurate responses and proactive issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree, with English proficiency and the ability to communicate in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects as an added advantage. Training will be provided in Malaysia and/or Singapore, with a full-time on-site work

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized college or university.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in call center or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service via telephone.
• Provide a polite, professional and accurate response.
• Manage customer's expectations and display ownership for requests.
• Liaise with departments to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on products/services to maintain quality service.
• Support Team Leader and Managers to review processes and implement improvements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
