AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Biker/Biz Cards product, acquisition and privilege merchant initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will shape product strategy, partner with merchants and marketing teams, and ensure performance targets across sales, receivables and CIC are met.

You will manage multi-section responsibilities, optimize budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver compelling propositions and growth

Responsabilités

• Lead Product Management Section, Acquisition Section & Privilege Merchant Section.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies & initiatives to ensure achievement of Biker/Biz Cards Product’s Sales, Receivables, Profit & Loss, Asset Quality and Card in Circulation (CIC) according to KPI.
• Grow credit card market share of key KPIs via the right product mix, proposition and positioning to stay competitive.
• Monitor marketing budget spent to optimize cost.
• Ensure clear and accurate customer communications and timely communication to frontlines ahead of launches.
• Ensure daily operations comply with related regulatory body and internal policy.
• Manage and ensure Biker card features remain competitive and aligned to lifestyle/market trend.
• Develop targeted campaigns and collaborate with EP Merchants to design privilege merchant promotions.
• Monitor and review product performance and profitability.
• Manage card stock, stationeries, marketing collaterals, PDS and T&C
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new product initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Assess market competition and trends to gauge competitiveness of propositions.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory bodies and internal policy.
• Build-up, expand and engage Easy Payment (EP) Merchants as core acquisition channel.
• Implement acquisition strategies and campaigns to grow credit card base.
• Coordinate with sales channels to align card issuance with KPI.
• Analyze channel performance for sales development.
• Work with credit assessment to improve approval ratios.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding experience and approvals.
• End-to-end campaign management from development to fulfilment.
• Manage aggregator performance and reporting of acquisition.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive digital acquisition and optimize funnel targeting.
