Job summary

GXBank, Malaysia's first digital bank approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and backed by Grab, seeks a Lead, Capital & Balance Sheet Management to oversee balance sheet, risks and capital in line with regulatory standards.

You will manage monthly ALCO reporting, liquidity forecasting, and strengthen governance and data quality while guiding capital stress testing and regulatory changes to keep the bank robust.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Capital & Balance Sheet Management.
• Strong ALM knowledge and cross-border teamwork.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive balance sheet strategy in line with policies and risk appetite.
• Identify material risks and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead stress-testing to ensure capital robustness across cycles.
• Ensure regulatory and internal reporting complies with standards.
• Own monthly ALCO reports, daily liquidity reporting, and weekly forecasts.
• Strengthen governance, data quality, and reporting controls.
