Job summary

You will design automated reporting and analytics for ALCO, assess processes for excellence, and contribute to ICAAP stress testing. The role requires strong SQL/Tableau skills, 2+ years in finance or banking, and adaptability in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics, finance, or banking.
• Solid knowledge of data querying and visualization tools, specifically SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to take on new challenges in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight schedules.
• Creative problem solver comfortable with complex, blank-sheet assignments.

Responsibilities

• Establish, test, and maintain robust capital and liquidity analytics and forecasting models for the Digibank.
• Design and implement automated reporting processes and tech solutions to deliver analytics on balance sheet trends for ALCO.
• Assess processes, outputs, and controls to improve operational excellence.
• Contribute to ICAAP and capital-related stress testing exercises.
• Prepare ALCO presentation decks and act as committee secretary.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop clear data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
