Job summary

Puncak AI is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive multi-project software development, ensuring successful product delivery and customer implementations. You will own engineering roadmaps and release schedules, removing bottlenecks and guiding teams of 30+ engineers.

Responsibilities include hiring, performance reviews, workforce planning, and translating business priorities into execution plans. Regular updates will be provided to the CTO and executive management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 12–15 years in software engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams of 30+ engineers.
• Experience managing cloud platforms and modern DevOps environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
