Job summary

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in Senai, Johor. You will take on the Director of Quality, ensuring the highest quality of food production to wow guests and drive repeat visits.

This role requires a minimum Diploma, 4+ years in hotels or restaurants, and the ability to bake breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts. A positive, engaging attitude and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to work with international chefs.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Certificates/Vocational/Diploma.
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in hotels or restaurants.
• Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.
• Positive and inviting attitude.
• Enjoy working around children and adults.
• Self-motivated and able to work with a team.
• Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose + Booster).

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals.
• Inventory control system.
• Ability to work as a responsible individual.
• Great physical condition.
• Ability to learn new recipes, processes and techniques.
• Integrity to follow SOPs and company policies.
