Job summary

UST Global Malaysia is seeking motivated Electrical & Electronic Engineering graduates to join the Product Validation team. You will validate hardware platforms, silicon products, and system-level solutions through tests, debugging, data analysis, and validation automation, gaining hands-on exposure to semiconductor technologies during the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include executing validation tests, hardware bring-up, test automation, result analysis, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome with relevant projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Validate hardware platforms, silicon products, and system-level solutions through tests.
• Execute electrical, functional, and system-level validation tests on products.
• Perform hardware bring-up, validation, characterization, and debugging activities.
• Analyze test results, identify failures, and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with design, silicon, firmware, BIOS, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain validation scripts, test plans, and automation tools.
• Document validation procedures, test reports, and technical findings.
• Support reliability, compliance, and performance testing activities.
• Participate in lab setup, equipment calibration, and infrastructure maintenance.
