Job summary
Emerson Process Management Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a detail-oriented technician to build wire harnesses, interface test adapters, and assemble test fixtures for our test systems.
You will support engineers, set up new product test systems, operate automated equipment, perform calibration, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while collaborating with your team to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Basic understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement principles.
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn test software (LabVIEW/TestStand experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
