Job summary

Food System Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on production operator to assist daily operations at Kota Kemuning, Selangor. You will run and monitor machines, perform basic assembly, read drawings, and ensure products meet specifications.

The role requires willingness to work on the shop floor, basic technical understanding, and good teamwork. Safety, cleanliness and adherence to procedures are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, mechatronics or manufacturing disciplines.
• Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of production processes and mechanical components is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and shop-floor environment.
• Physically fit for hands-on work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production operations and ensure production activities run smoothly.
• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform basic assembly, installation, and production tasks.
• Read and follow basic technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Perform basic inspection and quality checks on finished products.
• Record production output, inspection results, and other relevant production data.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the production and working area.
• Comply with safety, quality, and company procedures.
