Job summary

Belive Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Technician with experience in air conditioning servicing, installation, and repair to perform maintenance for condominium units under management. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to relocate to Simpang Ampat, Penang.

The role requires a practical background in electrical systems, and a proactive attitude with willingness to learn and improve. 1–2 years of electrical field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field.
• Certificate in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical or equivalent.
• Good practical knowledge of aircond servicing, electrical systems and wiring.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical field or as a Technician.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve oneself.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out modification works such as wiring/electrical works, rewiring, installation of lights, circuits, and electrical socket supplies for household equipment, and troubleshooting wiring issues.
• Perform air conditioning maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.
• Perform other repair works in the unit as required.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
