Job summary

Belive Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Technician experienced in air conditioning servicing, installation, and repair to perform maintenance works for condominium units managed by the company. The role is based in Simpang Empat, Penang, and may require relocation where necessary.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical or equivalent.
• Good practical knowledge of aircond servicing and electrical wiring.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical field or as a Technician.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve oneself.

Responsibilities

• Carry out modification works: wiring, rewiring, installation of lights, circuits, and electrical socket supplies for household equipment, and troubleshoot wiring issues.
• Perform air conditioning maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.
• Perform other repair works in the unit as required.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
