Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to perform servicing, installation, and repair work for condominium units under management. The candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship, with on-site duties and potential relocation to Simpat Ampat, Penang.

The role requires 1–2 years in electrical related work or as a technician, plus strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and wiring.

Qualifications

Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field.
Certificate in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) or Mechanical or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in the electrical field or as a Technician.
Good practical knowledge of aircond servicing, electrical systems and wiring.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve oneself.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Carry out modification works such as wiring/electrical works, rewiring, installation of lights, circuits, and electrical socket supplies for household equipment, and troubleshooting wiring issues.
Perform air conditioning maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.
Perform other repair works in the unit as required.
Ensure all tasks are carried out professionally, ethically, and in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
