Job summary

DREAMICO SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Executive to manage Halal certification processes in Malaysia. You will prepare and maintain Halal documentation, review ingredients and suppliers for Halal compliance, and conduct on-site inspections of eateries and food premises to advise on Halal standards.

You will verify supplier Halal certificates, coordinate with JAKIM/JAIN, and support clients through audits and approvals while tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Halal certification experience.
• Familiar with JAKIM/JAIN Halal requirements.
• Able to handle Halal applications independently.
• Responsible and able to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Handle Halal certification applications from preparation to approval.
• Prepare and maintain Halal documentation, SOPs and records.
• Review ingredients, products and suppliers for Halal compliance.
• Verify suppliers' Halal certificates and supporting documents.
• Conduct site inspections for restaurants, kitchens and food premises.
• Advise clients on kitchen layout, storage, hygiene and Halal compliance.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise and follow up with JAKIM/JAIN and relevant authorities.
• Prepare clients for Halal audits and assist during inspections.
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely follow-up.
