Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Food Safety & Documentation Officer to own daily paperwork for our HACCP and Halal readiness. You will manage SOPs, PRPs, logs, and supporting records, ensuring audit-ready documentation at all times.

You will coordinate with an external HACCP consultant, implement the designed system, keep records current between visits, and perform routine checks on site. Prior experience in food safety is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in food safety, food science or related field.
• Experience with HACCP and/or GMP in food manufacturing or service.

Responsibilities

• Fill in and maintain SOP/PRP manuals and logs, e.g. temp logs and sanitation records.
• Keep documentation audit-ready with complete records and forms.
• Coordinate with HACCP consultant; implement documentation system and track records.
• Perform routine floor checks against SOPs and record findings.
• Act as Halal Executive under JAKIM Halal Assurance Management System and maintain related records.
• Support preparation for Halal and HACCP/GMP audits with evidence files.
• Brief production staff on hygiene and SOP compliance as needed.
