Position:Guest Services Host (Hospitality, Tourism & Attractions)

Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on performance)
Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Salary: Basic up to RM3,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + medical insurance + leave entitlement

The role involves welcoming visitors, assisting with ticketing and wayfinding, managing guest flow, handling enquiries, supporting VIP experiences, and ensuring safety and operational standards are maintained. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields is an advantage).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or other frontline service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
