Job summary

ROSA HOTEL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle inquiries and requests professionally, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, answer calls and emails, maintain guest records, and help uphold service standards and hotel policies. Rotating shifts, including night shifts, are required.

Job description

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages when required.

Maintain accurate guest records and perform basic administrative tasks.

Ensure service standards and hotel policies are consistently followed.

Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.

Perform rotating shifts, including night shift.

Perform any additional tasks as requested by supervisors or management.
