Job summary

Zenith Hotel Putrajaya is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas. You will change towels, make beds, replenish supplies, and ensure bathrooms are clean and inviting for every guest during their stay.

You will address guests’ queries, report maintenance issues, follow health and safety standards, and help set up public areas for meetings or events, all while ensuring security guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Clean hotel lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, and public restrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and furniture.
• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
• Report maintenance issues such as broken lights, plumbing leaks, or damaged furniture.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests when needed.
• Assist with setting up public areas for meetings or special events.
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Dust furniture
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
• Clean public areas, like corridors
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines
