Job summary

Qualifications

• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and carpentry components; replace items as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair equipment; service lighting, outlets, and related devices.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Follow safety policies and complete required training.
