Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Sabah is seeking a front desk associate to manage guest check-ins, verify identities, process payments, assign rooms, and issue keys. You will ensure accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards details with precision.

You will balance cash, prepare daily reports, and assist guests with requests while maintaining high service standards. This role involves strong cash handling, teamwork, and adherence to hotel policies in a busy Sabah property.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements; enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key and verify billing; balance and drop receipts.
