Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident required due to government permit restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests across various areas including reception, communications center or concierge.
• Assist with guest services in reception, communications center or concierge.
• Deliver courteous, professional and efficient service aligned with the hotel's policies.
• Be rotated within the Rooms division or other departments as assigned and as necessary.
