Job summary

Rankpage is looking for a SaaS Product Executive to own the GEO/AEO platform tracking brand visibility across Asia. You will coordinate with an outsourced engineering team and an in-house technical lead to ship features that convert to paying customers.

You will own the product roadmap, backlog, PRDs, and release cadence, drive GTM, pricing experiments, and regional content strategies, including native prompts and local sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS product management.
• Shipped features with outsourced or offshore engineering teams.
• Writes clear PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• English fluency required; Mandarin working proficiency required (vendor comms).
• Background in SEO, martech or analytics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and quarterly release plan.
• Create full PRDs with acceptance criteria; perform UAT and release sign-off.
• Maintain weekly delivery cadence with external dev vendor and internal lead.
• Oversee Asia-specific coverage: native prompts and local sources.
• Perform competitive tracking and monthly update briefings.
• Experiment with pricing and packaging; drive GTM for each release.

You'll own the product roadmap and the launch-to-revenue loop, working with an outsourced engineering team and an in-house technical lead.

Mission

Take SaaS from "the vendor is building it" to "customers are paying, activating and renewing." Own the loop from requirement → shipped feature → launch → activation → retained revenue.

What you'll own.

• Product roadmap, prioritised backlog, and quarterly release plan
• Full PRDs with acceptance criteria; UAT and release sign-off
• Weekly delivery cadence with the external dev vendor and in-house technical lead
• Asia-specific coverage: native-language prompt sets, local citation sources (Google, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu , LINE, Naver), regional AI engines
• Competitive tracking vs Profound, Peec AI, Otterly.ai, Scrunch AI, Semrush GEO — monthly one-page update
• Pricing and packaging experiments across subscription tiers
• Go-to-market for every release: positioning, comparison pages, demo script, sales enablement
