Faith Fishing Charter Sdn. Bhd. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive cum Personal Assistant to support the Founder/Director.

This role blends sales development with executive support, not a pure admin PA or merely social media marketing. You will handle enquiries across WeChat, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp and other platforms, quote packages, build relationships with customers and agents, and assist with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking, reading and writing essential for communicating with customers and partners from China.
• Proactive, resourceful and action-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable with digital tools, social media and customer communications.
• Sales, hospitality, or tourism experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WeChat, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp, CTRIP, and other platforms.
• Recommend packages, prepare quotations and follow up to secure bookings.
• Build relationships with customers and travel agents to source customers.
• Marketing & Business Development: assist campaigns and promotions.
• Generate new leads and explore sales channels.
• Approach and follow up with prospective business partners.
• Track sales results and recommend improvements.
• Personal Assistance to Director: scheduling, communications, research and executive matters.
• Coordinate meetings and special projects.
• Track assigned tasks, follow up with relevant parties and ensure timely completion.
• Organise information, prepare reports and help prioritise important matters.
• Anticipate potential issues, propose solutions and take initiative within agreed responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
