Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within raw materials or packaging industries.
• Data-driven mindset with actionable insights.
• Team player who can work independently and has own transport.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in the company.
• Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and establish new potential customers by planning and organizing daily visitation schedule.
• Work closely, regularly visit major customer and prospects to maintain excellent business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Attend to customers' inquiries and follow up with quotations.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Manage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures.
• Follow up and collect payment from the customers based on the credit term applied at a timely manner.
• Assist in implementation of sales strategy set by company.
• Conduct market research, identify opportunities and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management.
• Submit report to manager on monthly basis and attend weekly meeting.
