The role requires a proven sales track record, proactive attitude, and willingness to travel monthly. Qualifications

• Having proven sales track record will be top priority.
• Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.
• Equipped with result-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with proactive engagement
• Strong in setting and executing the strategy/plan, being strategic and yet hands-on
• Possess own transport.
• Need to travel to outstation on monthly basis.
• Willing to work in an independent and fast pace working development
• Must be able to work in Ipoh Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate New Sales Leads and Client
• Identify Sales Leads, Pitch Goods or Services to New/Existing Clients.
• Maintain good working relationship with new/existing clients.
• Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Planning and preparing presentations.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Providing management with feedback.
• Analyse potential market, competitors and new business opportunity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report in a timely manner.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
