Job summary

Airea Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable operations lead to bridge marketing execution, sales coordination, digital platforms, and team supervision in Petaling Jaya. You will guide a team of interns to hit operational and growth milestones.

Responsibilities include supervising interns, managing CRM and sales data, tracking leads from campaigns, preparing proposals and reports, and coordinating digital marketing across web and social channels. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in business operations, startup support, digital marketing, or real estate operations.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, social media management tools, and modern web platforms.
• Prior experience managing interns, student groups, or junior team members.
• Strong organizational ability with English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, delegate, and review day-to-day tasks for line interns across sales, marketing, and tech support
• Provide guidance and onboarding to ensure interns meet weekly task deliverables and quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal team workflows and task tracking
• Manage, organize, and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or sales databases
• Track incoming leads from marketing campaigns and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, client pitch decks, and performance reports
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives across web, social media (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Instagram), and listing platforms
• Manage content schedules, coordinate digital asset posting, and review marketing performance metrics
• Oversee and maintain daily usage of internal software, digital tools, property listing sites, and business applications
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement simple tech/automation solutions (e.g., Zapier, Google Workspace tools, CRM updates)
