Intlife, a smart home and energy management startup, seeks its first Growth Marketing Manager to build a measurable, revenue-driven demand engine. You will own ICP definition, lead generation, and the sales-ready pipeline while collaborating with founders and sales.
In this hands-on role, you will run performance campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, create case studies and sales decks, manage vendors, and drive ROI-focused exhibitions. CRM lead scoring and weekly dashboards will optimize spend.
Intlife is a smart home and energy management startup helping property developers, township owners, and solar solution providers accelerate energy savings, improve project ROI, and future-proof residential assets through an integrated IoT + energy platform.
We are transitioning from founder-led sales to scalable growth and are hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager to build a measurable, revenue-driven demand engine.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute Intlife’s end-to-end growth strategy — from ICP definition and lead generation to sales-qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a brand or communications position. You will work closely with founders and sales to turn marketing into a reliable revenue driver.
The role will lead performance-driven digital channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and retargeting campaigns. They will also develop conversion-focused materials including case studies, one-pagers, and sales decks, while managing external creative vendors to support growth initiatives.
Beyond digital, this role will execute ROI-focused exhibition strategies in PropTech, Energy, and Smart City sectors. Responsibilities include pre-event outreach, on-site lead qualification, structured post-event follow-up, and tracking measurable outcomes such as CPL, SQL conversion rates, and pipeline value generated.
The manager will own CRM setup and optimisation, including lead scoring, source attribution, and handover workflows. Working closely with founders and sales, they will continuously improve lead quality, refine messaging based on objections, and shorten sales cycles.
Finally, the role requires building a data-driven growth engine — maintaining weekly dashboards (CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline value), running structured experiments, and reallocating resources toward the highest ROI channels.
