Job summary

Bybit is seeking a UX/UI designer focused on user growth to join our Growth team in Kuala Lumpur. You will design and optimize user journeys and growth tools, bridging user experience with business goals to improve retention and conversions.

You'll work closely with product and marketing, conduct user research, and ensure design fidelity from concept to launch while maintaining platform-wide design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; overseas study preferred.
• 3+ years in UI/UX design; growth or B-side product design preferred.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite; strong interaction design and end-to-end workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product/business teams; fluent in Chinese and English.
• Execution-focused with ability to deliver high-quality design across directions.
• Interest or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3.

Responsibilities

• User Journey Design: Collaborate with Growth to design and iterate user journeys and growth tools.
• Design Execution & Tracking: Ensure fidelity and track post-launch performance; propose data-driven improvements.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct market research and user interviews to drive experience improvements.
• Cross-Team Support: Provide flexible support when other teams face bottlenecks.
• Design Consistency: Maintain platform-wide design standards with UED designers.
