Job summary

Decor Hub Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Growth Manager to own online performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website, and to drive growth and digital marketing strategies.

You will work closely with the Founder and management, guiding the team toward profitable online growth. The role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight in a fast-moving SME environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Experience leading or managing an e-commerce function preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Website.
• Experience with TikTok Live and/or affiliate marketing preferred.
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, margins and profitability.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website with planning.
• Monitor GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, ROAS and profitability.
• Manage pricing, promotions, vouchers, campaigns and product assortment.
• Analyse P&L, margins, platform fees, advertising costs and profitability.
• Identify underperforming products, channels and campaigns and implement improvements.
• Coordinate inventory and stock planning for campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
