Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or technical sales within plastics or polymers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Independent, target-driven, able to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastics, packaging, and polymer industries
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical & commercial needs
• Promote our range of specialty masterbatches and polymer solutions
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop effective solutions
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Malaysia and SEA region.
