PRISM+ Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for Sunway Pyramid Mall to drive sales and optimize in-store operations. The role reports to the Retail Store Manager and requires leadership across a busy electronics retail team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, strong multilingual communication, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. You will guide customer service, inventory forecasting, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail
• Strong communication across English, Chinese, and Malay
• Data-driven with ability to analyze stock forecasts
• Proficient in store processes and systems (Excel/PowerPoint) and mall relations
