Job summary

Affin Bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Product Growth Intern to support growth through engaging digital content across marketing channels, turning investment topics into clear, engaging content.

This highly execution-focused role involves scripting, shooting videos and bringing ideas from concept to publication, with exposure to the full digital content lifecycle and business objectives like customer activation and conversion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Comfortable shooting videos and appearing on camera as talent.
• Able to edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut or equivalent tools.
• Able to create graphics, infographics and carousel content using Canva, Figma or equivalent tools.
• Illustration skills would be an advantage.
• Good written communication skills with an eye for clear and engaging copy.
• Creative, resourceful and willing to experiment with new content formats.
• Interest in investment, finance or fintech is an advantage, but prior industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Content Management & Social Media: support planning and creation of social media content across formats.
• Video & Creative Production: assist in scripting, storyboarding and on-camera content.
• Website Content: support ongoing website content updates for accuracy and consistency.
• Customer Journey Communications: assist in developing activation, engagement and reactivation journeys.
