Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment seeks a data analyst to analyze business and user data to identify growth opportunities and insights. You will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring systems, and perform segmentation, retention, funnel, and cohort analyses.

You will support product, marketing, and operations with data-driven recommendations and translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and data quality is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets.
• Proficient in Chinese language.

Responsibilities

• Support A/B testing design, execution, and result evaluation.
