Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a seasoned Company Secretary to provide effective company secretarial services and governance advice across the Group. You will support the Board, regulators, and senior management while upholding statutory compliance and governance standards.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating board meetings, maintaining governance frameworks, and guiding fiduciary duties and strategic governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary with CGI/ICSA or equivalent.
• Licensed Secretary status with formal governance credentials.
• Experience supporting Boards and Board Committees.

Responsibilities

• Board & Board Committee Governance: manage calendar, meetings, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Corporate Governance Leadership: drive governance excellence and advise on best practices.
• Statutory Compliance: ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia requirements and SC guidelines.
• Board Advisory & Strategic Governance: advise Directors on fiduciary duties and governance risks.
• Governance Risk & Documentation: reinforce governance processes and governance reporting.
