Job summary

WINSTAR ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee group financial operations, closing, consolidation and reporting. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and treasury activities while ensuring statutory compliance and health of the finance function.

The role requires 7+ years in finance with leadership experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with Bursa Malaysia requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of group financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in public-listed company and Bursa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and group consolidation.
• Review management accounts, financial statements and reports.
• Prepare management, EXCO and Board reports with financial analysis.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections and planning.
• Manage treasury, banking facilities and relationships with financial institutions.
• Support corporate exercises, fundraising and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting, tax, SST, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee daily finance operations: GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, working capital.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Finance team.
