Job summary

Precision Control Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our Group Finance team, responsible for managing group consolidation, financial reporting, and supporting key corporate finance initiatives.

The role ensures alignment with MFRS/IFRS standards and supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax matters and strategic financial projects across the Group.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accountancy qualification (e.g.: ACCA, CPA, MICPA).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field, with at least 2 years in group consolidation with a listed company.
• Experience in IPO will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication to present financial information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly consolidation of Group accounts with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review and analyse monthly financial results and variances.
• Coordinate and prepare annual Budget and Forecasting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Oversee accounts, tax and transfer pricing matters of the Group.
• Assist in corporate finance matters and support IPO-related projects.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our Group Finance team, responsible for managing group consolidation, financial reporting, and supporting key corporate finance initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards, as well as supporting budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax matters, and strategic financial projects.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for monthly consolidation of Group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.

Review and analyse monthly financial results and variances.

Coordinate and prepare annual Budget and Forecasting.

Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting.

Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

Oversee accounts, tax and transfer pricing matters of the Group.

Assist in corporate finance matters. Support strategic financial initiatives and ad-hoc projects (such as IPO, fund raising) of the Group.

Job Requirements

Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Professional Accountancy qualification (E.g.: ACCA, CPA, MICPA etc.).

Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field, with at least 2 years' experience in group consolidation with a listed company. Experience in IPO will be an added advantage.
