Job summary

Tally is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead group consolidation and financial reporting in Malaysia. You will manage the preparation and review of monthly group consolidated statements and ensure accuracy of management accounts across the group.

You will also coordinate quarterly announcements, budgets, and forecasts, oversee daily finance operations, liaise with internal and external auditors, and support company secretarial matters as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or above with professional qualification and proven experience.
• Must have experience in handling group consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly group consolidated financial statements.
• Review monthly management accounts of the group.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reports with variance analysis.
• Present monthly and quarterly results at management meetings.
• Prepare quarterly announcements for group results.
• Oversee daily finance operations and review payment vouchers.
• Liaise with internal auditors and address audit matters.
• Prepare and review yearly budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate group secretary matters with external secretary.
