Hap Seng Management Services Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Internship in Group Finance (November Intake) in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist senior staff with accounts coding for invoices, staff claims, and intercompany billing, while supporting monthly reconciliations and journal entries using the M3 system.

The role requires pursuing an Accounting degree, basic Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Based at Menara Hap Seng, KL, with standard office hours.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Exposure in financial and accounting procedures will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.

Aufgaben

• Assist senior to prepare accounts coding for suppliers’ invoices, staff claims, fund transfers, and related company billings in a timely basis.
• Issue e-invoices / intercompany billing for related company transactions in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for banks and related company balances, and generate the payment proposal for trade and non-trade payables and process the payment on time.
• Prepare journal entries and input data into the accounting system (M3).
• Prepare monthly management accounts, accounts analysis, cashflow projections, and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare the company annual budget and audit schedules for annual statutory audit, and assist in audited financial statement preparation.
• Assist in tax matters including tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation and stamp duty payment.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents; assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
