Hatch Asia leads a Global search for a Group Chief Technology Officer to drive technology strategy and digital transformation across ASEAN. The role requires proven leadership in AI/ML, cloud and cybersecurity, with the ability to align tech with business goals and revenue growth.

The CTO will build high-performing teams in DevOps, Cloud, Data and Cybersecurity, shaping the tech vision and overseeing operations, security, and data governance across the group.

Qualifications

• Executive with technology-forward leadership across large orgs.
• Proven technology strategy, business alignment and large-scale deployment.
• Commercial technologist with leadership in AI, Cloud, Data & Cyber Security.
• Experience as enterprise CTO with ASEAN exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate long-term technology strategy aligned with group objectives.
• Lead AI/ML and cloud initiatives with ROI focus tied to growth.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable technology programs.
• Oversee end-to-end technical operations, infrastructure, platforms and security.
• Drive cybersecurity and risk mitigation across cloud, hybrid, and data.
• Align tech initiatives with revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Embed metrics and governance to track ROI and risk.
• Champion digital transformation through value-driven innovation and strong influence.
