Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Quintus Search Sdn Bhd is seeking a regional technology leader to drive our client Asia's technology strategy across ASEAN and China, delivering digital transformation, AI adoption, and technology-enabled innovation.

You will partner with business leaders to define and execute digital strategies, lead the design, delivery, and support of technology solutions, and build high-performing regional teams across multiple countries while managing budgets and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of technology leadership with regional scope.
• Experience transforming teams and driving business outcomes in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in digital strategy, enterprise apps, solution architecture, and operations.

Working as part of a regional digital leadership team, you will lead our clientAsia's technology strategy, solution delivery, and digital transformation agenda across ASEAN and China, driving business growth, operational excellence, AI adoption, and technology-enabled innovation.

What You Will Lead

• Partner with business leaders to define and execute digital strategies across Customer Centricity, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Functions.
• Lead the design, delivery, and support of technology solutions, applications, integrations, and digital platforms.
• Drive AI adoption and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure technology architecture, governance, cybersecurity, and application landscapes align with enterprise standards.
• Deliver strategic technology projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Lead regional technology operations and service delivery, ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop high-performing regional technology teams across multiple countries.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 20 years of industry experience including leadership of regional technology teams.
• Strong track record of transforming teams and driving business performance within a matrix organization.
• Extensive technology leadership experience and delivering complex transformation programs.
• Strong background in digital strategy, enterprise applications, solution architecture, project delivery, and technology operations.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to drive business outcomes through technology and building capabilities and adding value to business.
