Salary Range: RM30,000 – RM50,000 per month

The Group is seeking an experienced Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) to provide strategic leadership and centralized management across a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments.
The Group CEO will report directly to the Founder / Chairman and will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, growth, governance, and strategic direction of all companies within the Group.

Plantation – Durian & Coconut
Future investments and new business ventures
Translate the Chairman's vision into clear Group strategies and business objectives.
Develop short-term and long-term growth plans for the Group.
Lead and coordinate all business divisions under one centralized management structure.
Identify opportunities for expansion, investment, partnerships, and diversification.
Take overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of the Group.
Establish and monitor KPIs for each company and business division.
Review revenue, profitability, operating costs, budgets, and overall business performance.
Take corrective action where companies or business units are underperforming.
Lead and supervise CEOs, General Managers, Finance, Operations, and other senior management personnel.
Establish clear responsibilities and accountability across the Group.
Build a strong and professional senior management team.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all companies.
Review Group budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial performance, and major expenditures.
Evaluate new investment and business opportunities.
Review feasibility studies and business proposals before recommendation to the Chairman.
Ensure investments are commercially viable and aligned with the Group's strategy.
Establish appropriate Group policies, management structures, approval processes, and internal controls.
Ensure companies operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and manage major financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
Strengthen corporate governance as the Group continues to expand.
Serve as the principal executive reporting directly to the Chairman.
Provide regular Group performance and management reports.
Highlight major risks, opportunities, and matters requiring Chairman approval.
Ensure decisions made by the Chairman are effectively implemented by the respective management teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of management experience, including substantial experience in senior leadership or C-suite positions.
Previous experience as CEO, Managing Director, COO, Group CEO, or equivalent senior executive is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple companies, business units, or diversified business portfolios.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, business strategy, and investment evaluation.
Demonstrated track record in business growth, profitability improvement, restructuring, or expansion.
Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work directly with a Founder / Chairman in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.
Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
