Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist supervisor in ordering stock for the department.
• Ensure shelves are properly displayed at all times.
• Fill shelves and face up stock consistently.
• Check and refill to avoid empty or half-filled shelves.
• Monitor stock lead times to maintain sufficient supply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior staff to ensure adherence to job duties, SOPs and guidelines.
• Plan efficient department management and manpower allocation.
• Verify pricing on all displayed items for accuracy.
• Monitor stock turnover and adjust orders to prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Remove expired or near expiry goods from shelves and rotate stock FIFO.
