Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards relevant to risk services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, focus groups, and interviews to map client processes.
• Review and summarise existing frameworks and GRC documents.
• Develop functional and user requirements documents and end-user manuals.
• Lead UAT preparation and post-go-live support.
• Assist in business development and client proposals.
• Coordinate marketing events and partnerships with solution vendors.
